Room in a beautiful Parisian apartment, bright and comfortable

For me, this was my first booking on the site. All my expectations were met. There is perfect agreement between the accommodation description and reality. Three specific points should be mentioned: - Very good location, near the BnF, numerous accesses and great proximity to public transport (Metro and bus); - Very comfortable apartment, well laid out, very clean, carefully decorated; - Very pleasant, considerate and welcoming host. I recommend this quality accommodation without hesitation.

Clement is a wonderful host. Sweet, thoughtful, warm, very cultured, I had an excellent time in his company. He even took the time to show me the nearest Monoprix and to have dinner with me on the first evening. The apartment is very clean, very well laid out, very functional, the two bedrooms are very independent. The Olympiades neighborhood is a bit out of the way but line 14, close to the apartment, allows you to reach Châtelet in just 10 minutes! I highly recommend Clement!

Everything went well. Clément was great host. The room was clean and cozy, not far from the subway.

Clément made my stay so pleasant and comfortable. He was so kind and welcoming. I felt like at my own home. The flat is very clean and my room was really cozy. Flat itself is really well located, many metro stations, shops and all necessary facilities are nearby. Clément, Florette and especially Thelma made my Paris experience so special. I would recommend staying at Clément place!

Lovely place and even more lovely host! Clément made me feel really welcome and at home. We managed to find time for lunch too which was great. Full of tips if you need them but also just really nice to hang out and talk to.

I needed a place to stay for one night in Paris before continuing my trip and it was definitely too short. Clément is a charming and very accomodating host, we didn't spend much time together though. The place is cute and tastefully furnished with many books. My room was warm and cozy. Hopefully I'll be back one day.
