- City shoes must be removed inside the apartment, without exception. There is a dressing room for your shoes and coats at the entrance to the apartment.
- Audio equipment and conversations must be kept to a moderate volume after 10:30 p.m.
- An adorable Bengal cat lives with me. He is sociable and friendly and will be sure to say hello during your stay.
- Light clothing and nudity are no problem as long as the shutters and blinds are closed.
- Towels and shower products are at your disposal.
- An espresso coffee machine and tea are available.
- Smoking is permitted on the balcony (doors closed).
- Smokers welcome.
