Alesia: comfortable 2-room apartment by architect on high floor...

I chose the apartment based on it being close to the hotel my friends were staying. Happily it is a lovely apartment and home to an awesome cat, Thor, and his carer - Etienne - who turned out to be a great host as well as companion par excellence to Thor. Communication was easy, Etienne came down to meet me and explain fobs, keys lifts - all easy but nice to be shown. He makes good coffee and we had a good conversation. Recommended without reservation.

Fantastic stay! This was my first Mister B&b experience and I am converted. I highly recommend staying there. The host was very welcoming, the shower was large and heated and the cat was so friendly.

I had a great stay in Paris! The apartment was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. The neighborhood is lovely with great cafés and easy access to the metro. The host was amazing 😍 very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

Étienne was a generous host. We had all the flexibility of coming and going on our own schedule, when we were in he was equally willing to leave us alone and hang out, depending on our mood. Bonus: his cat was playful and well behaved.

Etienne was a delightful host - communicative, clear, and very kind. We had a lovely chat on my arrival and in the morning before I departed over a coffee. The flat was charming; very well designed. Etienne gave me a full tour on arrival, and there was dedicated space for me to store my suitcase and unpack a little. Lovely balcony, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. Would love to stay again when next in Paris.

Étienne is a very kind and charming guy. His house is beautiful. He welcomed us in the best possible way, guiding us on places to visit, restaurants, and bars. He's very handsome. He was always attentive to us. He welcomed us with mint tea that he grows himself. His house is close to many places of interest, and there's excellent public transportation. Without a doubt, when I return to Paris, I will contact Étienne again. I highly recommend him. I was very happy with my stay with Étienne.

Étienne was a wonderful host who made me feel welcome from the very beginning. He was always happy to offer me a coffee, a tea, or some helpful advice. We also had some lovely conversations during my stay. His home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, close to two beautiful parks: Parc Montsouris and the park at Cité Universitaire. Public transportation (Metro, RER, and buses) is easily accessible, and public bikes are just around the corner. Étienne also has a sweet cat who loves attention. I can definitely recommend staying at Étienne's place!
