Single room in my quiet apartment, located between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est stations. It's close to public transport: bus, metro, RER, cabs to get to the gay district in 10 minutes. Very lively neighborhood, with local shops, restaurants, theaters and cinemas. Very quiet Haussmann building, the apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator.

Vincent's welcome was efficient and friendly, before and during my stay. Vincent is present but discreet. The room matches the description. The bathroom is very nice, clean and practical. I appreciated the morning coffee as well as the homemade madeleines. I had a key which allowed me to be independent in my movements and the location just steps away from Gare du Nord makes it easy to use public transport or take walks around Paris.
