I have just renovated the flat , happy to rent it the bedroom, I will sleep on the sofa in the living room and we share the kitchen and the bathroom the weekends or during the time that I am away, super nice area full of restaurants / bars and 10 mins walk to le marais. The flat is not by the street so it is super calm , with big three windows. All your needs is in the flat. I am available all the time to help if needed
