The accommodation is shared with me (you have your separate private room), so the *WC, kitchen and living room are shared*.

-RER B (station 5 minutes' walk away) - direct train from CDG airport to Orly airport or Metro line 7 (3-minute walk from the station) to L14 (Orly airport) after 5 stops.

Gare de Lyon & Gare St. Lazare & La Défense RER D/E train (5-minute walk from station) - direct connection

Metro to visit Paris (5-minute walk from station) - Lines: 2, 7, 4, 5

Marais/Louvre/ - 25-30 min walk from apartment.

Xavier was a friendly and discreet host. Check-in was smooth, minimalist apartment, but with a large comfortable bed, everything very clean. Ground floor room with courtyard view, very quiet. Less than 10 minutes to Gare du Nord. Would come back.

Lovely nicely decorated apartment easy to access as it's on the ground floor overlooking an interior courtyard ensuring tranquility. Comfortable bedroom and quality bedding. Pleasant and attentive welcome Xavier does his best to make his guests comfortable and make their stay peaceful.

Xavier is a great host, friendly and welcoming. I stayed a couple of nights, and we went out for dinner together. The flat is pleasant, well located and recently redone. The doubleroom is super quiet, being at the end of flat. Bed comfortable and space available in wardrobe. The bathroom is spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the flat. Great stay, I can only recommend !
