Xavier is a friendly host. The apartment is conveniently close to Gare du Nord station. He was very attentive with check in and out times, much needed when things don't always go to plan. I had an opportunity to attend a Celine Dion concert on my own and he kindly allowed me to tag along instead of figuring out how to get there and back. Ground floor is a must when you have luggage. Definitely would stay again!

Xavier was a friendly and discreet host. Check-in was smooth, minimalist apartment, but with a large comfortable bed, everything very clean. Ground floor room with courtyard view, very quiet. Less than 10 minutes to Gare du Nord. Would come back.

Xavier is a great host, friendly and welcoming. I stayed a couple of nights, and we went out for dinner together. The flat is pleasant, well located and recently redone. The doubleroom is super quiet, being at the end of flat. Bed comfortable and space available in wardrobe. The bathroom is spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the flat. Great stay, I can only recommend !
