I live in a large, 45-square-meter “air-conditioned” studio apartment, with a sleeping area for the bed, a living area with a sofa, and a kitchen area—see photos.

- So, if you’re traveling alone, you’ll have the choice between: - -- - - - - The sofa all to yourself, separated from my bed by a curtain,

- - - - - - Or sharing the bed with me, ----- - - - - - - - - - - if that doesn’t bother you OR doesn’t bother me - - - - lol

- If there are two of you, my bed will be available for you, and I’ll sleep on the sofa, OK

I can potentially accommodate up to 4 people, but only if the request is made for 3 or 4. I can’t accept two requests for the same day from two different people, OK

- So if there are 3 or 4 of you, we’ll use a double air mattress as an extra

Nudism is allowed—if you want to go naked at my place, I don’t mind; everyone does as they please, okay

Didier is friendly and welcoming. His little dog Orphée is really adorable. The location is ideal, close to public transport, the port and the train station.

I had a super wonderful experience staying with Didier! He is incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The apartment has A/C, so it stayed cool and comfortable even when it was hot outside. The location is also excellent — you can take the L2 directly to the city centre and then walk from there. The neighbourhood is quiet at night, which made it very easy to relax and sleep well. The sofa was also surprisingly comfortable! The place is very dog-friendly as well. Didier's dog is super sweet, well-behaved, and doesn't bark, so she was absolutely no trouble at all. Overall, a really lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it! 😊

Didier welcomed us like friends. To be honest, we chose this listing mainly for its attractive price during the August 15th weekend when prices had skyrocketed. Normally, we associate affordable listings with at least one downside, but here there were only pleasant surprises! Superb location, parking 200m away, cleanliness of the place, host's kindness, comfortable bedding! I would definitely do it again 1000%

Wonderful stay at Didier's place in Nice! The apartment is exactly as described, very cozy, clean, and ideally located near all the main spots. Didier is a lovely host, welcoming and friendly, and we really enjoyed our chats with him. His dog Orphée added an extra special touch to our stay. Highly recommended!

Didier is really a nice and decent guy, very respectful and considerate. Location wise is also very well connected. Was a very pleasant stay. And with his cute dog. I highly recommend.

If everything was perfect, why did you give a 3-star rating out of 5, causing my listing's rating to drop from 4.92 to 4.89, erasing in a single night the benefit of 24 of my previous 5-star reviews, following 66 consecutive 5-star reviews? If you don't respond to my messages anymore, it's because you have no argument to explain this unjustified and incomprehensible rating. I did everything I could to make your stay as pleasant as possible, just as I do with all my visitors (as evidence, see the previous reviews already posted on my profile)
