Quiet garden downtown Cannes

Good location and very friendly host. He was waiting for me at the railway station. After checking in, he showed me Cannes and informed about interesting places. It was a long and very pleasant walk together, through the Old City and the promenade all the way to the third beach. Cannes is beautiful, and I regret that I was there only 1 day. In the evening we had long & pleasant conversation. His house is nicely furnished & very clean. There is also patio with beautiful garden (well-tended plants & flowers). Breakfasts also good. Of course, I highly recommend this place. I would like to go to Eric once again. Thank you very much Eric :)

Eric's room is a true paradise in the center of Cannes, very comfortable, tastefully furnished, with a private bathroom. You can also enjoy a beautiful garden for relaxing moments. Eric is a truly kind guy who takes care of all the details needed to give you excellent hospitality. Since I don't speak his language, he adapted to mine by translating everything with precision. In the morning he offered me an excellent breakfast. I will return to him for my future stays in Cannes. Thank you for everything, I recommend him.

Very beautiful apartment with an independent bedroom in a small maisonette with a lovely little garden terrace. The host is very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay with Eric in Cannes. The small garden cottage was spotless, cozy, and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared. What made the stay truly special was Eric himself. He is a lovely and friendly host who prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. I especially enjoyed our conversations and the warm, welcoming atmosphere he created throughout my stay. If you are looking for a peaceful, comfortable place with genuine hospitality in Cannes, I can highly recommend staying with Eric.

If you are looking for accommodation in Cannes with the ubiquitous prefix "ultra-", you are probably in the right place! Hospitality, location, sincerity in helping, cleanliness... everything is superb!

Eric is a person who has the innate talent of knowing how to receive guests. This cannot be learned. Attentive to everything, it is a pleasure to be received at his home. The little house at the back of the garden is very well equipped. Eric is also a person with great conversational skills, and exchanging about his profession for example is fascinating. He will give you the best restaurant recommendations. Full of sensitivity, he will be able to open the doors of his exceptional and peaceful home to you.
