Marin·4·Sep. 2023· "The room with the garden view is nice and cozy, in the topical Dublin town house. Situated near the city center, reachable in 10mins on foot. Brian is very friendly and responsive. Value for money is not that good/bad but it's Dublin and everything is overpriced so probably that's a fair deal, and same goes for the cleanliness for Irish standards it can pass but rest of Europe wouldn't agree. I would recommend staying here because of the location and host!"

His apartment is easily accessible on the ground floor of an interesting, older house in a pleasant, walkable Berkeley neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the common spaces allowed for reading, relaxation, and chatting some with the host. Ben was very accommodating, offered me coffee in the morning, and had great suggestions for places in the area I wanted to explore. Thanks for the great stay at your place Ben."

The hosts as well as the other guest we met were really great and we loved meeting everyone- including the super cute pup! Safe and quiet neighborhood. Would recommend. Excellent value for the money."

His apartment is also centrally located in Paris close to all major Paris attractions that can be explored on foot. Even though I only have a short time talking to him due to the above mentions, he is very knowledgeable on American politics, sports, etc. I wish I have more time to get to know him as a friend, perhaps on my next trip to Paris."

Marco·5·Oct. 2025· "Harald is a true gentleman, a cultured multilingual host and by far, the best host I have ever met. He knows everything about Frankfurt, past and present and communication prior to my arrival was prompt and ample. Eveything was clearly explained in precise detail and the short and direct U Bahn trip to his home from the city centre went very smoothly. In a mere 20 minutes I was at Enkheim U Bahn station directly from the centre without stops and Harald kindly came to collect me. Staying in Enkheim, we have the best of both worlds, proximity to the city and the calmness of a charming, green, leafy suburb to relax.The reception was friendly and genuine with all the tips for my stay in town over coffee and delicious home made cookies. He is quite the chef!! The attic is amazingly clean and comfortable with total privacy. A home from home with beautiful artwork and furniture and pristinely taken care of tropical plants. Very cozy indeed! The private roof terrace patio with an amazing panorama as far as the eye can view has to be seen to be believed. I cannot recommend this place enough and am already looking forward to my next stay there."
