Communication was completely hassle-free and special requests regarding checkout time were no problem at all. Unfortunately, I couldn't really get to know Alex because both rooms were rented out and he was only there for check-in and check-out."

The finca is a traditional island home located in the heart of the volcanic park—immersed in nature, yet close to everything (a car is essential). Vladi and Javier's hospitality is truly special; you'll feel right at home. I will definitely return to stay with them on my future trips to Lanzarote."

You can feel his genuine desire to bring the advertised "colocation" experience to life, perhaps even a bit more literally than expected; expect a very present host throughout your stay. Pleasant stay, but it's better to be in good shape and available for group living!"

It's on a street with significant daytime traffic so the bedroom with two double beds can be noisy at times. The central local Mexican market is a 5 minute walk away. The main historic square is a 17 minute (sweat soaked) walk away. We came home drenched from exploring to be rewarded with an essential dip in the pool. Note that this is in the southern, slightly grittier part of the old town, which we enjoyed."
