The check-in process was easy and convenient. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. The large terrace provides a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything needed for a great vacation including a washing machine for laundry. The bathroom is very clean and the shower is large. The building and area is safe and clean and in a convenient location. There is a grocery store close by and the historical center of the town with many restaurants is in easy walking distance. Thank you Yassine for providing us with a perfect apartment for our fun vacation!"

The apartment is clean, Not unruly or too noisy of a complex. Fabian was able to communicate in a timely manner. I'd stay again simply due to the great location."

Peter·5·Mar. 2019· "Spacious, well organized accomodation, at a good price. A nice small garden, but else immediate surroundings are not particularly attractive. It is a suburban-like area, with bungalows and small houses on minimal plots of land, thus tightly spaced. Seems mainly occupied by tourists. But nice beaches and hiking options are within bicycle distance. Also easy enough to get groceries and find food. We had two disappointments: (1) There is nothing gay about the accomodation, except the owners back in Canada. Could just as well be any ******** accomodation. (2) Wifi was pretty awfull, in fact our first negative wifi experience after 3 weeks travels in Costa Rica."

Antonio·5·Sep. 2025· "The Laurence place is unbelievable... never slept in a similar unique and special house: it's dated 1888 about with beautiful and pretty furnitures inside. And beside the house (there is an inner way) Laurence has an antiquity shop full of everything everyone has always desired. Everything was perfect for my staying and Laurence is a special host: very polite and kind and it was a pleasure talking to him. Very interesting man."
