Very good location if you want to be in Centro. Everything I needed and wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The apartment is clean, Not unruly or too noisy of a complex. Fabian was able to communicate in a timely manner. I'd stay again simply due to the great location.

You will not find a nicer host than Fabian. Excellent communication and helpful in all ways. Place is in a perfect location right at the edge of historic area and in a few minutes walking you will feel the magic of Guanajuato

I had the good fortune of being Fabián's first guest and can say that he is a very considerate host. He was in constant contact with me as my trip to Guanajuato was progressing, and met me outside of his building... with a bottle of cold water! The room was even better than it appears in the pics When I contacted him in need of something, he responded promptly. I only managed to see him the evening of my arrival. I would have liked to spend more time with him, as he seems like a very nice guy!
