Large room on the second floor of La Joya Azul, a gay-oriented guesthouse in beautiful San Miguel de Allende.
This room offers a king size bed, wardrobe, and bathroom. It is one of four rooms in the main house. The large windows and skylights make this a bright, light-filled room. There's a large outdoor seating area adjacent to this room.
Shared areas include the living room, kitchen, second floor sitting area and pool.
There is no restaurant onsite, but tea, coffee and a simple breakfast of granola and yogurt or cereal are always available. Options for a cook to be brought in are available. You can also use the kitchen to prepare anything you'd like.
Amazing views of the city and mountains from the large terrace.
The main house has four bedrooms, there are also two other, two bedroom casitas on the property. We can accommodate a total of 16 guests in 8 rooms. The terrace is great for events and can sit 90 for dinner comfortably.

Joya Azul is a beautiful house, and our hosts were marvelous. Our room was large and very comfortable, with a great bed, and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard. The rooftop terrace with fabulous views of SMA was put to good use since they host a monthly social for the local LGBT community. What a fabulous evening, with a hundred people attending, we met so many lovely people and spent the next 3 days in a whirl of lunches and dinners with them. We really liked the relaxed atmosphere of the shared kitchen and honor bar. We felt entirely at home. Chris and Bruce were extremely helpful from beginning to end, with very quick responses, if we had questions or needed anything. La Joya Azul is perfect, and we would immediately choose to stay there again.
