"Walter and Hugo are the perfect hosts and their home is wonderful - spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, a superbly comfy bed - and I was welcomed with a glass of wine - what more can you ask for. I am a solo traveller so they were really helpful advising me where to go both in Medellin and beyond for my travels in Colombia. The location is great - a 10 minute walk to the metro, plus lots to do in Poblado if you don't want to head into town. I cannot recommend their home highly enough."

"Fantastic experience! The place is cozy, comfortable and located in the heart of the historic district of Cartagena. Very safe to walk around at night and plenty of restaurants around. The hosts were wonderful, attentionate and responsive. The room was great: comfortable bed, AC, great shower, even a jacuzzi! Very nice furniture, attention to detail. Breakfast was excellent. "Mario is a very attentive host. When we arrived he spent some hours with us to know each other better entertaining us with a deep and interesting conversation, he also prepared a good colombian coffee. Then his boyfriend joined us to have dinner in a typical restaurant in Chapinero (the gay area), we came back walking with an interesting walking tour by night with the excellent tips of Mario. We stayed just 2 nights but he gave us good vibes and also useful information about Colombia. We hope to meet them again soon!"
