John·5·May. 2026· "My time at Flavio's was short but very enjoyable. Flavio and his flatmate are very friendly, and easy to get along with. Both are very helpful. Flavio's place is a lovely bright apartment situated about a 20 minute walk to the city centre, with public transport available outside the door and plenty of food shops and cafes close by. Highly recommend Flavio, he's a great host and definitely would stay with him again."

The room felt comfortable and welcoming, and the location was excellent — very close to the train station, supermarkets, and some great cafes nearby. It made getting around the city easy, and having everything so accessible added a lot to the overall convenience. Overall, it was a very pleasant and practical stay."

The place is exactly as described - calm, tasteful, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of Stoneybatter, with great cafés, restaurants, and easy access to the city, in a walking distance from the train station. What really stood out, though, was Colm himself. He has that rare balance of communication: always available with thoughtful suggestions, never intrusive, and genuinely caring. During my stay there was an orange weather warning in Dublin with strong wind and rain, and he checked in several times to make sure I was warm and not freezing. That level of attention made me feel truly like home. His cottage is quiet, safe, and welcoming - a real home in a foreign country. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily return."

Marin·4·Sep. 2023· "The room with the garden view is nice and cozy, in the topical Dublin town house. Situated near the city center, reachable in 10mins on foot. Brian is very friendly and responsive. Value for money is not that good/bad but it's Dublin and everything is overpriced so probably that's a fair deal, and same goes for the cleanliness for Irish standards it can pass but rest of Europe wouldn't agree. I would recommend staying here because of the location and host!"

They gave recommendations, spent hours chatting about life, and allowed me to feel like I had my own place in Dublin. The house is perfect and they were very flexible with my schedule.
