I was unfortunately delayed with my flight and could not stay with Derek. I had nevertheless a very good impression based on his responsiveness and very accurate instructions. He seemed a truly kind and welcoming person. If my travels bring me his way again, I will certainly stay with him.

I had a great experience staying with Derek! He was very communicative and helpful making sure that I had all the information needed to get the bus to his house. We had a lovely time chatting and getting to know each other, and I was treated to a wonderful concert on the accordion and piano. He was also generous enough to provide me with a ride to the airport in the morning. Next time I'm in Dublin I'll definitely be staying with him again!

Derek is very welcoming and friendly. He really wants to make sure a guest has a really good time. He was willing to pick us up at the train station and gave us perfect directions to get back by bus. He is an excellent host.

Derek is a very friendly and obliging host who goes out of his way to please his guests. He is generous and witty and has a great sense of humor. Clonsilla is outside of the city center, but you could have no better host in Dublin.

I was at the latter of my trip in Europe and Derek was such a wonderful host. There's a bus right outside his house that connects you to the heart of Dublin, about a 40 min ride, but it was nice. Communication was exceptional from before you arrive till the very last day. His house is sooooo cute and he's great company to talk to after a long day of sight seeing.

Stayed here for 1 night when going to work night out. Derek is a great host, the room spacious and comfortable. On street parking and close to bus-stop should you need it. I would highly recommend

Derek is a very accommodating host who was willing to go out of his way to make me feel welcome. I arrived very late (past midnight) and he kindly awaited my arrival and even drove me to the local train station early the next morning. He made me feel very welcome and I enjoyed my brief stay very much.

Derek was very good at communication from start to finish. I didn't have a problem with my booking at all. I had a late arrival and he was very accommodating with that. I enjoyed my stay with him and his house was very charming. I'm sad I didn't get to experience his massage but he still managed to make my stay enjoyable and memorable.
