Spacious Penthouse City Centre Apartment - Amazing views!

The excellent reviews are well warranted. Fantastic location, comfortable bed, absolutely beautiful bathroom, and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful host. Adam is a wealth of knowledge as well as being very friendly and responsive.

Adam's place was located within easy walking distance to all major sites in the City Center, and easy access to transit. I stayed for a weekend, and was out most of my stay, so I didn't get to interact with him much. However, Adam was very responsive to messages. The bed was very comfortable and the room has a very large closet to store any luggage. The bathroom was recently remodeled and looks beautiful. It was stocked several personal products for use, which I found to be thoughtful.

We've absolutely loved our stay in Adam and Francesco's place. We don't often go for places where the hosts live in, but we're so pleased we did on this occasion. We caught a late flight to Dublin and arrived late in the evening, but this was no bother for Adam and Fran, who kindly stayed up and welcomed us. The place itself is fabulous, a nice bedroom and lovely private bathroom. We had the perfect mix of privacy and friendly help whenever we needed it. The location was perfect for us too.

Adam's place was perfect for what I needed for my Dublin stay. He gave me great info on catching the Dublin express from the airport to his place. Not dealing with a pricier Uber or cab was ideal. The space was beautiful and within walking distance of all the attractions and restaurants I had planned to hit up. Getting in and out of his space was easy as well. He also shared info on local events and things happening in town. Would stay again! Thank you Adam 😀

I had a wonderful stay at Adam's/Francisco's place. They was incredibly accommodating and always quick to communicate, making the whole experience seamless. The location is perfect—very central with easy access to public transportation, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Adam was our first ever host so initially we were quite nervous but as soon as we met him he couldn't have made us feel more welcome! The location couldn't be better right in the center of the city, great views from the balcony also!! The room was small and cosy but had all the essentials and wouldn't think twice about recommending to stay here! Thanks so much Adam hopefully get to see you again, John and Sam :)

Adam and Franciso are great hosts!! The place is very clean, and in very short walking distance to everything! They made excellent recommendations for things to see, places to eat and Irish staples. The thing they should add in the description is that the room has a floor to ceiling window/door that leads onto the terrace over river Liffey and great sunrises with swans swimming in the river!!! I will go back to Ireland and WILL stay with Adam and Francisco!!!
