"I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment is nicely decorated and fully equipped. Very well located in a quite area, walking distance to the see and there are some grocery stores, pizzerias and restaurants just around the corner. The host is very friendly and responsive. Even provided me with an extra information about a transportation and the easiest way to get around. A great place to escape from busy city life and have a pleasant and relaxing holiday."

"Fabio was available from day one, maintaining constant contact and helping us deal with the inconveniences that unfortunately affected the city during our arrival. We couldn't ask for a better host! Strategic location for visiting Palermo or the surrounding areas via the railway line that runs from the airport to Messina. Highly recommended."

"We spent a month in Italy and stayed at 4 cities, so we can evaluate on the categories selected by MisterB&B. This was a superb appartment. It has a very nice layout and natutal light 24 hrs since it is located at the top of the building. Because of the sloping ceiling, it gives you the idea that you are in an attic, but it is very tastefully designed. The color of the walls, the photos on the wall and the decorations are very artistic. For our purpose, the location was perfect! There are osterias and trattorias nearby, so you do not need to worry about finding a place where to eat. You can also cook in the appartment if you wish. We wanted to make breakfast the first morning, but we discovered that we did not have utensils to cook nor silverware. This did not ruin our day, it gave us a chance to discoverways to get our meals. You should not hesitate to select this place. The second category in the survey is check-in. Thia was the first time using this servive for us. We received instructions, but they were not clear as to where exactly to get the key. We received a message with a picture of a box where the key was. We did not know that the box was on the wall at the property line. After some time, we got into the building. Another challenge for us was after exiting the elevator, we had to climb a flight of steps. We opened the door, and there was a very small area to get in, turn around and climb three steps. If all you have is a backpack, there is no problem, but we had a suitcase and a carry-on, so it was a challenge to manuever in this small space and having another person trying to occupy the same space. All of this was worth it! The location was perfect for us. My objective was to go to school and learn Italian. I had to walk 15 minutes to get to the school. It was not a great deal. It allowed me to interact with people. This was worth it to have the whole appartment to ourselves! This is my fourth week in Italy; I have had 4 owners interact with me. Communication this time was at the minimum. I sent messages and never got a reply or got a reply a few days later. The description of the place was very basic. I contacted the host to clarify the limits of our access to areas of the apartment. Again, this was our first experience with a B&B, and it was worth it! You should stay here, and you will have a wonderful stay in aa welcoming city. "

"Fabrizio was very responsive and attentive before and during the stay. The studio is brand new, beautifully renovated, in a neighborhood a bit far from the city center but with lots of charm. I recommend Fabrizio"

"Very quiet and off the beaten track but with vaporetto number 13 stopping nearby it makes for a nice relaxing location but connected enough to easily explore Venice and the surrounding islands."
