"This was a last minute booking with Luciano. He was quick to reply. Once the booking was confirmed Luciano swung into to action to prepare for my arrival. His communication was great, clean home, where I was very welcome. Nothing was a problem for Luciano. He's sociable, polite, considerate as well as caring towards his guest. The location is around 5-10 walk to Sth Beemondsey train station, 1 stop away from London Bridge. Great access into London. I'd happily book to stay with Luciano again."

"This is a great place to stay. 10 minutes from the station and about 10 minutes from the sea front. Gordon is an excellent host and very easy going and is full of local knowledge. Beautiful flat."

"Andy was the most hospitable and generous host imaginable. Him and his little furry friend Colin made my stay an absolute joy. The House and garden are even better than the pictures and the area is perfect for long walks in pristine forests surrounded by beautiful cottages. Had a wonderful relaxing time."

"I had a friendly welcome from Jayson & Jay and they were helpful with local information during my stay. New Eltham is an unusual neighbourhood in SE London and the house is typical and quirky. I had no difficulty parking my car nearby and the house is 15 minutes walk from Eltham station with frequent trains to central London. My bed was very comfortable and I slept better than in my own bed. There was a large TV, a microwave oven and a fridge containing milk and other drinks. I was unsure about sharing my hosts' bathroom but it was next to my room and no problem. I hope to have a reason to return soon."

"David, Ian and their very furry cat are exemplary *Fabulāhosts*!
Such great guys - we had long rambling conversations in their lovely cute cottage which is compact, perfectly clean and immaculately presented. If you want to see how maximalist interior design in a small space can work really well, make sure you spend a very comfortable night at their place. The hot tub is wonderful too - icing on the cake!
They cooked for me as well (I definitely owe something for that - will add it on next time I stay) - a super tasty lasagne and rhubarb crumble. Yumbles!
Both of them are so concerned to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Meticulous is definitely the word that encompasses everything I experienced.
Wars itself is a lovely town. Urban and yet rural; with a lido, and a wild swimming hole on the Lea for the summer. Lots of history to enjoy - itās a place to spend a weekend for sure. 45 mins on the train from Liverpool Street or Stratford.
Another very worthy recipient of my āStay there at onceā award!"

"Farhan was a wonderful host, and provided a comfortable and clean place to relax after a long flight to London. Communication was excellent, location was quite convenient, and he was so accommodating to my rather chaotic schedule. I was lucky enough to spend an evening chatting with him, and kicking his butt at Mario cart as well haha. It honestly felt like I was hanging out with a friend, not just a random host. 5 stars across the board!"

"The room was spacious enough and quiet and the bed was comfortable. I slept well.
It's not that close from the center but really easy to reach in no time so that was not an issue at all.
Viz has been nice. Somehow more an introvert than the contrary so let's say everything has been done the way it was supposed to be done.
The shower is unfortunately not working well...freezing or burning. It takes TIME to find a balance. Not a good point at all."
