Cute and bright flat in central London (Zone 1)!

Hiya lovely people,

I have a double bed room which I let out when available. It is a bright and spacious apartment located in central London (Zone 1). Couples are welcome too.

You will be staying in my double bedroom while you are here. If you plan to do some work, you can use my desk in the room. I could arrange some breakfast if needed. Just let me know in advance.

I will be in the flat during your stay. I will sleep on the couch unless you are interested and would like to share the bed.

Large and airy kitchen with cooking appliances, dishwasher and a dining table. There is also a bright spacious living room. Clean and recently refurbished bathroom/toilet with bathtub and shower.

Very well connected: Edgware Road station 10mins walk, Marylebone 12mins, Baker Street 17mins, Warwick Avenue and St John’s Wood 20min walk + a good range of busses right down the road. 10mins from Regent’s Park and 25mins from Hyde Park on foot.

It’s located close to many supermarkets, restaurants, bars, gyms.

A bit about me: I am 29 years old bi guy who works as an accountant/auditor in central London. I have a somewhat busy social life and also run an LGBTQ meetup in Soho. I am an extroverted introvert. I do love going out, socialising, dinner parties etc. but equally enjoy my downtime. I am always around for a chat.
