Benjamin was a great communicator at all times with clear directions to his lovely apartment just a few minutes walk from both St Pancras and Euston. It was just one evening but Benjamin made me very welcome with a couple of glasses of wine and pizza. Looking forward to enjoying Ben's hospitality again sometime soon.

I spent six nights at Benjamin's flat which is perfectly located a short walk between two underground stops. The neighborhood is charming, with a diverse selection of restaurants and pubs. The flat itself is cozy for sure, and spotlessly clean. The bedroom is large and bright with a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed my stay immensely, and Benjamin was an attentive host who was always available if necessary.

Benjamin is a fantastic host, would highly recommend, he keeps in contact with you prior to arrival and ensures he is there to meet with you upon arrival, he goes out his way to chat, offers use of all facilities that you would need during your stay

The place is as described. Very nice of Ben to accommodate my schedule to his busy schedule. I was able to enjoy use of his kitchen, facilities, and come and go as I pleased. I liked his subtle touches like providing an outlet adapter for electronics, French wine, breakfast foods, tea, coffee and snacks which I enjoyed every morning and WiFi.

I am not sure where to start with this review, so I guess I will save the best for last, as I had the best and amazing experience on my second London visit. First, Benjamin’s flat was very clean, calm, and cozy. The flat is easily accessible to all the train/tube stations (King’s Cross/St. Pancras and Euston) in the area with just a stroll away or two. The neighborhood is situated in a quiet location just far enough away from the busy London streets, and you will definitely have peace and quiet during night-times just for that restful sleep one needs during a holiday. And now to the best part, Benjamin is such an amazing host, better yet, an amazing human. Prior to my arrival, I had been chatting with Benjamin for recommendations on places to go and how to navigate the train/tube system, as this will be the first time I will be using them. Benjamin always finds the time to reply and answer any questions, and because of this, I was able to use the tube/train to go around London without any issues. Benjamin is welcoming and made sure you have everything you need and that your stay is comfortable, and oh yeah, good coffee every morning—what else can one need to wake up and start a fresh new day! Benjamin is literally the best! I highly recommend his place, and I will be leaving London knowing I made a good friend on this trip. Thank you, Ben!
