The apartment it’s based in Fitzrovia , central London , one of the safest and best area , near starbucks, mcdonalds, pret a manger , tesco 24h, Sainsbury’s,lidl supermarkets, boots pharmacy , restaurants , west end area, theatres and cinema all just in few minutes walking .
Warren st tube station and great portland st it’s also just 3 mnts walking , quiet street ,very central and cozy,close to soho (the gay area) 15 minutes walking, also 1 mnt from a cruising pub .
The check in can be anytime from 12 midday, and the check out at 11:30 am the latest.
We have a kitten called joy 🐈⬛ but he doesn’t enter to the room or bathroom , is friendly and we are beyond very clean

- No access to the kitchen (no exceptions)
- No people can be invited to the property
- Check out before 11am in your last day
- Please If you have any rubbish it will be your responsibility to throw it outside
- Toilet vase brush helps toilet vase clean up.
- Be tidy and quite in sleeping times:
You are not in someone's else house, but in their HOME. Kindness starts with politeness and delicacy.
- We are shoeless at home, so If you have sleepers feel free to use them or we'll provide you a temporary washable sleepers.
- We don't keep luggages or any belonging after check out times ,There is lockers at the same road at the off license by the station, 24h open and affordable.
