The apartment it’s based in Fitzrovia , central London , one of the safest and best area , near starbucks, mcdonalds, pret a manger , tesco 24h, Sainsbury’s,lidl supermarkets, boots pharmacy , restaurants , west end area, theatres and cinema all just in few minutes walking . Warren st tube station and great portland st it’s also just 3 mnts walking , quiet street ,very central and cozy,close to soho (the gay area) 15 minutes walking, also 1 mnt from a cruising pub .

The check in can be anytime from 12 midday, and the check out at 11:30 am the latest.

We have a kitten called joy 🐈‍⬛ but he doesn’t enter to the room or bathroom , is friendly and we are beyond very clean

Thanks to Alex and Augustus for a lovely stay in their home. The apartment was clean and safe and the bed very comfortable. The Warren tube station is at the end of the street which made getting to the West End for shows very easy. They are gracious hosts and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again!

Pretty sweet place, with cordial hosts. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is nice and clean. The ad doesn't say it explicitely, but the kitchen is off limits. The subway runs right under the apartment, so there's a bit of noise (but you get used to it).

Staying with Alex was like staying with family. Except this family is clean, kind, and courteous enough to make your entire stay comfortable and cozy. The apartment is perfectly located for an adventure in London. It's a great value, especially in the off season, and I highly recommend paying them a visit. Their cat is adorable and their creativity is contagious. Don't hesitate to communicate clearly with your needs or questions, they will be happy to respond in a reasonable and timely manner!
