█ SPACE + LOCATION Spacious double room with lots of storage in a modern conversion in the heart of central London, ideal for holiday or business visitors. The apartment is on the first floor (one floor above street level) with around 25 stairs, and no lift/elevator. It has a good sized reception room and well equipped kitchen. All windows have secondary glazing so the apartment is quiet despite being on a busy street.

█ AIRPORT TRANSIT - Heathrow (LHR): 30-80 mins by underground or Heathrow Express or Ellizabeth line - Gatwick (LGW): 40-50 mins by train (via London Bridge) - Luton (LTN): 30-60 mins by train (into St Pancras) and tube - Stansted (STN): 50-70 mins by train (via Liverpool Street) and tube

█ GYM There is an excellent gym 1 minute walk away. Day passes can be arranged for £10 per person per day.

█ CHECK-IN/OUT Check-in will be a mutually convenient time, I work regular office hours so cannot always meet guests at their preferred time. However, with advance notice I can be flexible with check-in/out times depending on previous/next guests and our availability. Please send details of your estimated check-in/out time when booking. If you can't be flexible with this arrangement please do not book.

Ian was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The apartment was lovely. Great location. I walked everywhere -- theatres, restaurants, museums, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, across the Thames, etc. Located between the Charing Cross and Embankment Tube stations.

The host was friendly and accommodating to our check-in time. The room was clean and as shown in the photographs at a central location within walking distance to the main attractions and get hangouts. I would love to stay there again the next time I'm in London!

My second stay with Ian. And as with the first time everything was perfect. Ian is a great host. And the flat's location is amazing with everything in easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

This is a perfect place to stay in only minutes walking distance of the Embankment metro station. Ian was very flexible as I arrived early. A private bathroom next to the bedroom gives a luxurous feeling. Also WiFi is fine and a fan if it's getting hot inside. As there was also a young family present in the other room with 2 small girls there were a lot of decibels going on during the day and early morning. Misterbnb was therefor incidentaly familybnb.

Ian's room was amazing; I loved it from the moment I entered. The bed is super comfortable, there's a desk to work on and the the en-suite bathroom is beautiful. Despite being located in one of the most central and busiest areas of London, the room is incredibly quiet. The flat has everything I need and leaves no wishes open. Ian is such a great guy, friendly, communicative and relaxed. I can 100% recommend both the flat to stay in, and Ian as a host!
