Luxury Room with Private Bathroom Embankment

Ian was easy to communicate with and responsive prior to our stay. He met us to check-in and orient us even though our flight was delayed. The location is amazing - just steps from a tube and train station and right on the edge of Soho, so incredibly easy to get anywhere in London in a matter of minutes. The apartment it very clean and well-set up for a stay. Very secure and surprisingly quiet. Ian also have us some great food recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again.

Ian is an extremely helpful host. The location is perfect being next to Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden and the theatres.

This beats a luxury hotel hands down! It's my first MrB&B and hopefully they will all be as great as this. Thanks

Wow, where do I start. Everything from the communication prior, travel to the location, and check-in were fantastic. I truly enjoyed meeting Ian when I arrived. Hospitable and humble only begins to describe Ian. He was so welcoming and made me feel as if we were flat mates. I truly enjoyed the room, location, and hospitality. Very central to London and close to two major Tube lines, Ian's home was key in enjoying my visit to London. This was highly valued, and I hope to visit again next. Thanks, Ian!

Ian is a very nice host. He made accommodations for my early check-in and late checkout and gave me clear instructions to access the flat. The flat is very conveniently located near embankment station that I used to commute. It is a very clean space right in the middle of the city. I would recommend to whoever is considering staying here.

We stayed for a second time with Ian on our return trip to London. We had the misfortune of having a travel nightmare occur in the Tube upon arrival. Ian was nothing short of heroic in helping us maneuver through the process of dealing with the situation. His patience, knowledge and humor was greatly appreciated from us both. Of course, the clean, calm surroundings of his flat were also comforting

Staying at Ian's place was a pleasure! He was very patient with my clumsiness around communication in the beginning and was excellent in providing helpful information about getting around London. We had the pleasure of meeting a few of his friends one evening and having dinner with Ian and one of his friends on another evening. His place is exactly as described and was extremely clean. The bed was very comfy and the whole place as utterly quiet despite the noise outside from the street. There are tons of places to eat, drink and have fun in the area. Easy walking distance to all the great spots in West London and easy access to two Tube stations within minutes. We loved staying here so much we booked more nights on our way back through London in a few weeks. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Absolutely Top Notch!!

I had a great stay with Ian from the minute I booked he was very attentive and helpful. The flat is in a superb location right next to Charing Cross station and Just up from Embankment tube. As it was so central I was expecting some noise but nothing at all..! The room is beautiful and very comfy with a bed that you just sink into. This is a definitely a place to stay when in London as is so central to everything In London and Ian was a superb host. Thanks I be back for sure x
