Spa Excess

Spa Excess is the largest gay bathhouse in Toronto, an 18,000-square-foot venue over four floors in the heart of the Church-Wellesley Village, a block from the Church Street bars and open since 1998. Modeled on the more social European spas, it offers a dry sauna, hot steam room, whirlpool, showers, 250 lockers and 85 private rooms including sling rooms and a full suite, plus a fully licensed lounge with a bar until 2 am, a pool table and a spring-to-fall sun deck. Open around the clock every day, geared to a younger and social crowd, it runs a busy theme calendar, Bears in Excess, College Night, Latino Night and Naked Nights, and is one of the Village's two bathhouses.
