Profiles

misterb&b will modify or remove from the Site, App and Services, any profile that:

• Impersonates another person;
• Displays any photos or description that is obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive;
• Provides fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive information;
• Promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;
• Advertises any third-party services or websites that are competitive to misterb&b or solicit other users to join such services or websites.

Listings and Listings Premium

 misterb&b stresses the fact that tourist accommodations and the offer of Experiences are not a free business that one can operate without considering and respecting the local regulations. All Listings and Listings Premium must respect the applicable law, including, without limitation, zoning restrictions, tourist laws, business laws and licensing or registration procedures.

Moreover, misterb&b will modify or remove from the Site, App and Services, any Listing or Listing Premium that:

• Advertises a Rental Property that is not the user’s property or residence of the users publishing the Listing;
• Advertises an Experience that is not an activity or service that is owned or that can be offered by the user publishing the Listing;
• Displays any photos or description that is obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive;
• Promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;
• Provides fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive information;
• Advertises any third-party services or websites that are competitive to misterb&b or solicit other users to join such services or websites.

Travel reviews

misterb&b encourages users to leave a travel review that describes their personal and travel experiences.

However, misterb&b will modify or remove from the Site, App and Services, any travel review that:

• Harasses any other user of our Site, App, Services or Materials;
• Includes any information concerning any other person or entity, including without limitation, person’s full name, photographs without their information, personal contact information;
• Promote illegal or harmful activities or substances;
• Includes any defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive content;
• Provides fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive information;
• Advertises any third-party services or websites that are competitive to misterb&b or solicit other users to join such services or websites.

If you find any content of the kind listed above, we encourage you to contact the Customer Service Team, or use the “report this user” button on profiles, the “report this listing” button on listings and the “report” flag on the travel reviews. The reported content will be reviewed by the misterb&b team with specific attention to our policies and core values.
