We may change subscription fees at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Continued use implies acceptance.
Discounts through WeerePlus apply based on your membership status at the time of original booking. Later changes in membership do not retroactively apply.
You agree to maintain accurate and updated account information. You are solely responsible for all activities under your login credentials.
You must not use usernames that infringe upon the rights of others, or that are obscene, misleading, or abusive.
Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.
6.1 Your Right to Post
You may post content on the platform. You remain the owner but grant Us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, and promote it.
6.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your content, including legality, ownership, and appropriate permissions.
6.3 Restrictions
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
Hate speech or harassment
Content promoting illegal activities
Malware or spam
Impersonation
Intellectual property violations
We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
Users may offer or participate in private, non-commercial services such as activities or stays. These are not vetted or insured by the Company.

Miscommunication

The Company does not assume liability for these services. You agree to conduct your own due diligence and avoid off-platform payments.
Report issues immediately via platform channels.
8.1 Platform Role
We act solely as a technology platform. We do not own, manage, or inspect user listings or services.
8.2 Release of Liability
You waive any claim against the Company arising from your use of the platform, including issues related to other users, property damage, or personal harm.
8.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Company against legal claims resulting from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
8.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other uncontrollable events.

Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount You paid us, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We provide the Service without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
These Terms are governed by California law. All disputes are subject to the courts of San Francisco County, unless otherwise required by law.

You retain your local consumer rights under EU law if applicable.
You confirm you are not on a restricted party list and are not in a sanctioned country.
Invalid provisions are modified to reflect the original intent. Waiving one right does not waive others.
