I am just east of the city centre, so perfect for a casual walk into centre, and a very cheap taxi ride on the way back after a few drinks. I love my flat, and i share it with a very needy cat called Emily, and partner David

Hello, my name is Martin.
I am an art director in the film and television industry and I have lived in Glasgow almost all my life.
I love my city, and am sure you will too.
I work unusual hours, so I may be away before you wake up from your hopefully comfortable sleep, and sometimes not home until you are out having fun, or already in bed.
I will do my best , however, to make you feel at home and very welcome.
I am new to this, so, any feedback is most welcome, if i'm not doing something well, i would rather know, then i can fix it.
i have a cat, and I am an occasional smoker, only in the living rom with the windows open, and my home does not smell of smoke.
Im fairly easy going and relaxed and not the party animal I used to be,( well I have my moments) however, I do like a glass or 5 of wine, and you would be welcome to join me and chat about your travels and i can tell you what i know about Glasgow.

Had a great stay with Martin. Communication before my trip was good. I had messaged Martin to let him know I was running late after a terrible journey on the trains. When I arrived he had a bath run ready for me and had made some tea to warm me up. He was friendly and welcoming, and full of great conversation throughout the evening. The room was perfect for the stay, and I had a comfortable nights sleep! Thanks Martin!

I really enjoyed my time at Martin's place. The two did everything to make my stay in Glasgow and my start in my Scotland trip easier and more pleasant. Even against my low mobile phone battery Martin had a solution :) The apartment was very clean. Everything I needed was there. I will definitely stay with them again the next time visiting Glasgow. I can say that I made new friends... thanks for that!

This is a lovely place to stay in Glasgow and Martin is very hospitable! While a little bit outside of the city center it is very accessible via train and bus. The room is indeed stylish and quite comfortable

Staying with Martin was an absolute delight. His flat was nice and cozy and Martin himself made for an excellent host. It was lovely to chat with him, and I hope to stay with him should I visit the area again. I highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful stay with Martin and David. They accommodated my late arrival even with a glass of wine! Their house is beautiful and was completely immaculate. The room was like something from a magazine and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It's in a great location too. They were excellent hosts and I couldn't have asked for more!
