Welcome to my newly renovated home in Glasgow Southside! Enjoy a private quiet room in a beautiful Glasgow tenement, with luxurious mattress, bedding and beautiful decor. You’ll also have full use of the main bathroom to yourself. Enjoy a lovely open plan shared living space with a new kitchen that is perfect for cooking and relaxing of an evening. The train station is directly opposite the flat, taking you into Glasgow City Centre in 4 minutes. The local area is full of lovely bars, coffee shops, restaurants and two beautiful parks for walks and relaxing in. I live with an adorable and super friendly cocker spaniel who loves walks and cuddles.

Glasgow has a very vibrant gay scene in the city centre (4 mins by train) including polo lounge for late night dancing and good times. Underground appeals to a slightly older clientele, bears, leather etc. A very friendly spot! Plenty of other smaller venues as well. My local area is very diverse, trendy and safe and there are plenty of LGBT+ people living in the area.

Ryan is a wonderful and fun host. He has got a great place, the room is nice, bathroom with a great Jacuzzi Tub. The area is also nice, lots of restaurants, parks and it's right next to public transportation. Most of all though, he is a very welcoming and laid back person. When we arrived we immediately bonded with wine and charcuterie, had lots of laughs, and we didn't feel like guests anymore, rather like friends. We'll be back.

It's such a big responsibility to have to write the first review, as if everything depended on you. I wasn't sure I wanted to book this accommodation because it seemed too good to be true, at a price lower than the average of the city and the host was too helpful and kind in his answers. Luckily my instinct is never wrong! The apartment is elegant and comfortable, a pleasant home atmosphere, the bedroom and the refined bathroom are for personal use, a well-stocked kitchen and a technological and relaxing living room, "instagrammable" exactly as indicated, and in a location of the city isolated from the chaos but close enough to reach the center on foot or by public transport (in front of the house). In addition, but not less important, Ryan is helpful, friendly, funny and will be able to give you any information you need (and even more) to best experience the city of Glasgow, and other corners of Scotland, as a tourist or as a local! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, but please try not to kidnap and take home with you the adorable furry Eirin!
