Lovely room in lower villa with a garden

Samir's place was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh. The location is excellent, close to the city centre by bus. The apartment was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Even though we didn't meet him in person, communication with Samir was fast and easy. Everything went smoothly and we'd definitely recommend his place!

Great stay at Samir's. We were only in transit for one night, but we were very well received. The room is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Samir is welcoming and responds quickly to messages. The location is very well served by bus lines.

Samir is a great host - very attentive and also uncomplicated and obliging in communication. We had a very pleasant 3-nights stay at the turn of the year. The house is about 20 minutes outside of the city center and is well connected by bus (at least during the day). There is also a beautiful garden that invites you to linger. The room is nicely furnished, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is also usable and Samir's four-legged companion is really extremely adorable! The bathroom is small but sufficient. All in all, a very pleasant stay in a wonderful city with great encounters. Thank you :)

Samir's place is lovely, and the room is spacious with a big comfy bed. I only stayed for one night and did not get to meet Samir, but the check-in was smooth and all went well. Highly recommended!

Great place at an extremely great price given the season, lovely garden area too.

Samir's house is beautiful in a peripheral neighborhood of Edinburgh. The room is sufficiently spacious and well-furnished. Convenient means of transportation to reach the city center. Everything went perfectly

Samir is a fantastic host, kind and helpful in every occasion. the room is in a very new and clean house, there are all the possible comforts. it is possible to use the very large and spacious kitchen and the beautiful private courtyard at the back. the shared bathroom is small but very functional. the bedroom is spacious and the bed comfortable and clean. the house is in a delightful neighborhood and very well served with the center of Edinburgh. we enjoyed every single day of our holiday and we hope one day to be able to return to Scotland, a magnificent and magical place.

Although Samir was not at home, Michael was a charming and attentive host throughout my stay. Michael was happy to talk about the house and his life, which I found very interesting, entertaining and informative. A great stay, which was ideal for sightseeing in that part of Scotland.
