Alan was a very friendly and welcoming host. I had rather hectic plans, coming and going, and late nights, and he was completely chill about it. Always there at the right time to offer a cup of tea and a wee chat. His place was also lovely and welcoming. Even though it was a short walk from the city centre, it was quiet and I got some great sleep. I would recommend and would use it again.

Alan is a wonderful host in his lovely flat within easy reach of the tram, buses, rail and many restaurants and bars. He was gracious when my travel plans had to change on account of weather and when I finally did arrive the flat and nice and cozy and welcoming. It is beautifully outfitted and decorated and I slept well in the very comfortable bed. Alan is fun to be around, talk with and share a drink or food or conversation. I would recommend staying with him if he has an opening!
