You can choose between the very comfortable and massive sofa bed in the guest room/TV room/study and the bed in the main bedroom. Beautiful shared garden. Right in the heart of Stockbridge with some of the best shops and restaurants nearby plus Inverleith Park, Circus Lane, the Royal Botanic Garden, Water of Leith Walk, and the Stockbridge Sunday market on your doorstep. Old Town (Castle, Palace, etc) is a 25-minute walk or a 10-minute bus ride away. Ditto the LGBT area with bars and clubs.
