Carlton Terrace is arguably in one of the best neighbourhoods in the city centre of Edinburgh as it is within easy walking distance of the main attractions and yet is situated within a particularly quiet enclave. There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment and the photographs shown are of the one you will be staying in. The bathroom (shown) is not ensuite but is for your own private use.

Calton Hill, perhaps Edinburgh's favourite vantage point is a 10 minute walk away, as is the bottom of the Royal Mile where you will find the palace of Holyrood House and the Scottish Parliament. After another few minutes you will find yourself in Holyrood Park, within which Arthur's Seat is situated. Princes Street is approx. 15 mins. walk away. The Playhouse Theatre is a 10 minute walk away, as is the Omni entertainment centre and the new St. James Quarter shopping centre. Edinburgh's main gay bars are also in this vicinity although the nearest gay bar, The Regent, is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
