Large top floor apartment in prestigious Edinburgh location.

Our stay with Mark & Andy in their luxurious Edinburgh townhouse was superb. These guys are terrific hosts and we felt like we had visited old friends. They shared valuable information about local dining, sights, and things to do. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and very roomy. Located within an easy walk to the train station (Waverly), bars, restaurants, and the Royal Mile with all of its attractions. We had a simply perfect stay with these guys and very highly recommend them.

I had a really nice time at Mark's and Andy's place. They were both very welcoming and helpful. The apartment had a wonderful view and was also pretty quiet, but still pretty close to the hustle and bustle of the city.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The bed is super comfy. The location is perfect, in a quiet spot just a 10 min stroll from St James Quarter. Mark and Andy are fantastic hosts, very friendly and welcoming. We were attending Fringe events and the weekend got off to a great start when we enjoyed some drinks with the hosts before heading out. Would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return again!

Mark and Andy live in a very luxurious appartement with all amenities on the fifth floor of a beautiful townhouse. It is conveniently located and only a 15 minutes walk away from the city center. All the rooms are very elegantly decorated and make you immediately feel at home. I felt very much at ease in my room. Mark and Andy are very charming and friendly hosts and do everything to make you feel comfortable. I can only recommend to stay there and enjoy the splendor of the apartment and of the lovely hosts and the beautiful view of the city through the windows beautifully decorated with colorful flowers. Great location, nice flat and wonderful hosts. Plus you get your stairs workout as well.
