Hi there! I'm a friendly and sociable gay guy who once spent nearly three amazing years travelling the world. I love meeting new people, making connections, and sharing stories. Whether you’re looking for good chat or just a peaceful space to unwind, I’m happy to adapt to your vibe.

My place is clothing optional, however, this does not mean that I am a nudist. There will of course be times when nudity happens and this is not an issue.

You'll have a comfortable double bedroom to relax and make yourself at home in. Feel free to hang out, watch some Netflix, and truly chill. I keep the flat very clean and tidy – fresh towels and toiletries are always provided.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, and I’m more than happy to offer recommendations tailored to your interests – Edinburgh has something for everyone and is genuinely one of the most beautiful cities in the world!

While I work some weekdays, check-in is usually after 5pm. But I also work from home on other days so checkin can be arranged for your arrival. Hope that’s ok!

I sleep on an occasional bed in the living room, and you’ll have the bedroom all to yourself – no worries at all about that arrangement.

Please don’t hesitate to message me with any questions before booking (but do check the info and reviews first!). Tea, coffee – are always available!

Located in Leith/Newhaven neighbourhood.

The Tram is located directly outside the entrance to my apartment block. This runs very conveniently back and forth to the city centre and takes approx 20/25 mins.

Trendy area of Leith near the shore and not far from the city centre.. Newhaven is a beautiful old harbour village to enjoy a walk beside the sea...excellent transport on the doorstep.. Edinburgh is quite a small city and easy to walk but Uber is available too.

Guest info... - Wifi – connect to SKYUIL2T – code is M89zqa1QIGAn - Keys – fob gets you in both the front and back door. - Show how to lock door – push handle up and then lock. - 24-hour Supermarket – Asda – shopper bags in hall cupboard to borrow. - Power points in room – iPhone charger beside bed - Hairdryer in corner - Netflix on remote control or other basic channels - Tea, coffee facilities – kettle and coffee pods - Cooking facilities – show glasses, plates etc, - Heating is set for coming on but can be adjusted with the thermostat. - Hot water – run the shower for 1 minute. - Bathroom gets steamy so I leave door open a little and leave it open when you go out to let air in. - Late access to the kitchen is out of bounds when I’m in bed sleeping. And in the morning, consider this regards your own breakfast time. - Open windows to let air circulate. - Umbrella to borrow in hall cupboard. - Tram stops outside - with day ticket option or single ticket – must buy before going on tram. - Bus option – number 16 or 11, day pass tap your card as you get on. - Dry recycling/ glass recycling in hall cupboard. - Food recycling – small bin in kitchen. - Come and go as you please. – no time restrictions but be considerate with noise. - Checkout procedure – leave keys in the letterbox downstairs at main entrance – letterbox 16 and text to let know. - Have an amazing time in Edinburgh (Edinburra, Edinbrru)

Jay was a wonderful host. He gave me all kinds of directions and made me feel very comfortable in his home. Everything was very neat and clean, with easy access to the city center by bus and, above all, with great conversation. I would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Jay's. The flat was exactly as advertised, stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It's in a great location with easy public transport links into the city centre. Jay was a fantastic host, really friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at home straight away. I'd happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Jay is a very nice person, cheerful and friendly. He gave me many advices and since he wasn't there the night of the check-in he sent me all the information needed. The place is beautiful, clean and sunny, also near the tram station. I really recommend it!

This is beyond a 5-star accommodation one can get: neat, chic, and beautifully blended colours in the rooms, which made the whole stay really comfortable. I am a person who observes individual taste for decor, and I think Jay has made great efforts to maintain this apartment. What more..comfortable room, bed to sleep, lovely pillows and above all, trams to all important places just at the doorstep. Jay is nice, chatty, and helpful with tips. Thanks for hosting me

Though I was only able to stay one night, Jay was very friendly and hospitable. His apartment was also very nice and conveniently located literally a stone's throw from a tram stop.
