Sunny and bright city centre double room

Callum's place is easy to find and centrally located to the theater and shopping areas. It's very quiet—more of a peaceful retreat than a social flirt spot—but the bed was super comfy and the room was nicely appointed, clearly homey and cared-for with unique design and pleasant aromas. Just keep in mind it is a 4th-floor walk-up and has limited A/C/ventilation.

Highly recommend! Callum's place was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. The location was quiet but still close to shops, transit, and the heart of the city. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and communication throughout was prompt and helpful. The place had everything I needed for a short stay, and overall it was a solid value. Callum is very inviting and friendly. I especially appreciated his flexibility with my luggage. Would stay again.

The place is very nice, clean bed is very comfortable and very warm welcome from Callum. He is a great host. I do recommend this and absolutely will be going back to stay there again.

Callum was a fantastic host. He offered good communication before my arrival, and was very clear in his directions to the flat. The flat itself was gorgeous, cozy and extremely comfortable. There was a lot of natural light, and you had everything you need. It was in a great location, everything was walkable, and even the bus stop was close by. Callum was easy to talk to and respectful of space as well. I highly recommend his place!

I had the best time staying with Callum. He is such a friendly and nice guy to hang out with and the room I rented (and his flat in general really) was stunning. So many cool and interesting furniture! The whole place was super clean and tidy, the bed had fresh white linen and was super comfy. Location wise it's super central with walking distance to everything. Callum was very attentive and gave me lots of good recommendations for activities and restaurants in the city. He also provided towels, tea and coffee, even caramels (which I had quite a few of hehe). Absolutely no negatives, would stay again in a heartbeat and can recommend 110%. Skip the Balmoral and stay at Callum's instead, way better ;-)

Callum went above and beyond as a host during my stay - from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home during my stay, nothing was too difficult for him, his place is super comfortable, ideally located with good bus connections, and within walking distance of local pubs and cafes etc. Thanks Callum for a great stay!

Spacious, comfortable flat. Walkable to city centre, but handy bus stop if you were feeling lazy. Callum was very friendly and welcoming.

Callum was really welcoming. My first visit to a b&b, and would definitely stay again. Lovely clean airy room, with a great open view. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is a major plus for me. Even supplied toiletries as a surprise.
