A private top-floor suite with a separate entrance in a modern duplex flat, featuring a bright and airy double bedroom, an office/workspace, and a spacious bathroom - great for couples or solo travellers.
Guests have exclusive access to the top floor via a separate entrance, and the space is fully independent. Dedicated parking space also available on request.
Located right next to the Pink Triangle, Edinburgh’s gay district, and just a 10-minute walk to the iconic Calton Hill. The shared roof garden offers stunning views over the city centre (and out to the sea!)
Just steps away from indie shops, pubs and cafés, and a great mix of Scottish and international restaurants -plus everything else Edinburgh’s New Town has to offer.
I’m on the lower floor of the flat and usually around if you need anything during your stay!
