A bright and stylish home in Edinburgh's most interesting neighborhood, with private parking and easy connections to the airport and city centre. The Shore is Edi's waterfront strip that Time Out named one of the world's coolest places. Cobblestone streets, Michelin-starred restaurants, specialty coffee, independent everything. This is where people who live in Edinburgh spend their free time. Most of the year, I live here! So it's set up to be a comfortable and cozy home.

THE BEDROOM

A king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, made up with fresh, quality linen. Multiple duvets in different weights so you can pick what works for you. Full-length mirrors, generous wardrobe space, queer art, hairdryer included.

THE BATHROOM

A full separate bathroom with a bath and shower. Well stocked - towels, toilet rolls, soap, shampoo, the basics all taken care of.

THE LIVING ROOM

Bright and spacious. Comfortable sofa, large TV, dining table for two, and queer art. There's also a proper sit/stand desk and an ergonomic chair - a genuinely good setup if you're working during your stay.

THE KITCHEN

Fully equipped and sized properly, with tea and locally roasted coffee (including decaf) for you to enjoy. Gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge-freezer. And everything you'd need to actually cook.

PARKING

I have a permit for a private car park immediately outside the flat. Free, well-lit, and 15 seconds from the front door. In Edinburgh, that's hard to find!

GETTING AROUND

The tram is a few minutes on foot and goes directly to the airport. There's loads of bus routes nearby too. The city centre is a short, easy journey. Edinburgh is small and well connected.

FRINGE 2027

I'm taking bookings for 2027. Fringe will start on August 3rd for some previews, open fully from the 6th to 30th, with a few shows still going on the 31st.
