Please don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door Replace food taken from the fridge Small dogs, cats or pets are allowed, but not in the couches, beds or common areas when other guests are sharing the house, except the front patio. It is completely gated and safe for small and large dogs, you must clean after them and make sure that they do not damage any furniture in or out of the house. Guests are only permitted with registration within your reservation. No parties or loud music after 11pm. Please report any damage or lost items like keys, remote control or other items. In some cases replacement is simple when done in person rather than through ********. Parking space may fit 1 vehicule, you may also park in front of the building. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the building. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the stairs. Cleaning after yourself when sharing the house should be the responsibility of each guest, especially in common areas.
