I rent a room in a house. The area is quiet, a residential neighborhood and well located. It is a private room with bathroom. Shared common areas such as living room with t.v. and kitchen. Smoking is not allowed inside!

It has all the necessary kitchen utensils, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Internet available.

One covered parking space for a small car.

It is very quick to reach areas of interest such as the historic center or shopping areas, stores, supermarkets, cinemas, banks, etc..

It is also very easy to get around since there is uber or didi service.

Erik is a fantastic host and his place is immaculate! There is so much space you can have a choice of like three bedrooms. It was so great to be there and be able to relax and then if I want to go downtown that was like a 10 minute drive if I wanna go to the beach area that's like a 10 minute drive in the other direction so it's a great location. There's even a local gym about a half a mile away or less. There's a great restaurant around the corner right near the gym called Tito's. Erick and his boyfriend were very kind and I would definitely stay again.
