As a PRIVATE HOME, it is not a serviced apartment or hotel. You'll get far more for your money - but it's a different offer & experience. Please don't expect a reception service at 6am!

My flat is a luxurious and unique home - ideal base for getting out into the city or the thriving local residential area, or for staying in and relaxing - or recovering from your excursions!

Late exit possible. £40 extends your stay until 2pm. Useful if you're leaving late or need to get some work done before you travel...

14. Home cinema available. No TV. There is a projector and screen with HDMI cable. You need to bring your laptop.

For the avoidance of doubt and misunderstanding about 'Modern'. My home is designed around the MID-CENTURY MODERN style. This is a period of architectural style and furnishing designs that are from the mid-1900s. It's a specific thing. My home has 'some old and unusual stuff' in it. It's not straight out of Ikea. I hope it's what you'll appreciate about it.
