Welcome to Our Suncadia Retreat! Hello and welcome! We are thrilled that you chose our home for your Suncadia getaway. We have prepared this guide to help you settle in, feel comfortable, and make the most of your stay. If there is anything you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 4:00 PM or later. Feel free to arrive any time after 4 PM. We offer easy self-check-in with a keyless entry — use the access code provided in your booking details to unlock the front door. If you arrive after dark, don’t worry: the porch light will be on to welcome you. Once inside, take a moment to unpack, unwind, and make yourself at home! Check-Out: 11:00 AM. On your departure day, we kindly ask that you be ready to check out by 11 AM so our cleaning team has time to prepare for the next guests. A few helpful check-out reminders: We want you to feel at home while also caring for our property and neighbors. Here are a few house guidelines to help you have a great stay. No Smoking Indoors: Please do not smoke inside the house (this includes vaping). If you wish to smoke, you’re welcome to do so outside on the patio just use an ashtray or other container that will fully extinguish the item lit. and ensure doors/windows are closed so smoke does not drift inside. (Thank you for keeping our home fresh and clean!) If smoke is detected you will be responsible for removing the odor out of the home, which may include repainting and adding an odor remover and will be billed to the guest. Very Important: We have a sewer grinder, we have installed luxurious Bidet Toilets in every bathroom, it has a remote control that provides for that extra touch of comfort and cleanliness. Enjoy heated seats and adjustable wash settings, and massager! Once you try it, you may never want to go back! (manual in kitchen drawer) It is a very sensitive grinder pump sewer system. Only flush toilet paper in the toilets. Do not flush wipes (even flushable ones), feminine products, paper towels, or any other items, please use provided trans bins. Flushing inappropriate items can cause the sewer grinder alarm to go off and may result in plumbing issues. (If the alarm does sound, do not panic, please call Jason Cook ******** and he will come reset the grinder and reset the alarm. There is a sewer grinder switch in the garage electrical box that is labeled sewer grinder you can turn that off as well to stop the alarm from going off. Even if the alarm is off you still need to call Jason to reset. Thank you for helping us protect our plumbing! When you first arrive, you may want to turn some faucets on, with the extremely cold weather it takes a little longer for the hot water to warm up (smart water heater) The blue and grey towels are for the hot tub and Sauna. Drinking glasses are below the Microwave, and wine glasses are above. We have one very tall cabinet where the spices are (if the cabinet goes higher than you can reach, a step ladder is available in the pantry, Hair dryer and first aid kit in powder room top shelf.
