Respect and Inclusivity: My home is a safe space for everyone, regardless of their background, identity, or orientation. I expect guests to treat each other with respect and kindness.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours (11 PM - 7 AM).
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in all shared spaces. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. Dispose of trash properly and recycle when possible.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony only.
Guests: No guests are allowed.
Security: Ensure the doors and windows are locked when you leave the house. Do not share the keys or access codes with anyone outside your booking party.
Damage and Breakages: Please report any accidental damage or breakages immediately. I understand accidents happen, but prompt communication helps us address issues quickly.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at noon. If you need flexibility with these times, please let me know in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate.
