Beautiful home nestled on mountainside with trees and professional landscaping around property. Minutes from downtown, nightlife, hiking trails, golf courses, breweries, and everything Asheville is known to offer. There are two guest rooms, both with private bathrooms with walk-in showers. First room has a full size bed with large window overlooking meditation pond. Second bedroom has a California King bed with large window viewing flowering plants and trees. Large open kitchen and family room for guests to relax, watch TV and mingle. Living room has large TV with game room for cards, puzzles, etc., and enclosed screened in porch. Enjoy your meals in the dining room, around a large kitchen island or outside patio. Outdoors has lovely lawn area to take a blanket and read a book by the koi pond, play lawn bowling or lounge by the fire pit. There is plenty of parking and privacy. Security cameras throughout property making your stay and belongings safe. Only one room will be rented at a time unless you want both rooms as one group of up to 4. Both Bedrooms will be $350.00 per night.
