Comfortable, clean and safe studio with kitchen located in an alley off the main road, in a modernist Saigon apartment building, just couple blocks from the Cathedral Notre Dame, Turtle Fountain, and Reunification Palace and near by all the hot spots you want to visit in Saigon.
Once inside, you'll see the studio just underwent a massive renovation which was completed in June 2025. I've installed a brand new bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioning, new furniture, noise cancelation door and windows, plants, appliances and much more.
From the photos, there is the stairs lead to the private roof. It’s just an extra space where I store some furniture and previous guest’s arts. It also have couch and table there. It could be a great solace for a group of friends hangout.
High speed WiFi internet is provided throughout.
The studio have a very large windows and nice patio with chairs and table.
Everything in the apartment is clean and functioning
Complimentary water, coffee and tea provided.
