This bedroom with private shower and toilet is the guest room of my own duplex flat.
In addition, feel free to use the shared living room, kitchen and garden. In the shared areas, you may sometimes run into my boyfriend Sil or my super sweet part-time labrador Tobi.
My house is located around the corner from the Parvis de Saint-Gilles, a vibrant neighbourhood with several bars and restaurants. Metro/tram/train are within walking distance.
I am usually at home during your stay, but not continuously. In any case, I am always available by phone or text!

The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size box spring with quality bedding, a wardrobe at your disposal, and a sofa. The lights are dimmable and the curtains are blackout. There is an ensuite shower and washbasin. Just next to the room, there is a separate toilet, which will only serve you during your stay. Please note that the bedroom is adjacent to the street, so there may be some ambient noise from passers-by. In the shared spaces upstairs, you have everything you need during your stay: a Samsung smart TV, fridge, freezer, oven, induction stove, a Quooker tap that can provide you with chilled flat water, spray water, hot water and boiling water, ... There are roadworks in the street, until April 2025. This means you cannot currently park right outside the door, and you may also experience noise in the bedroom and shared areas on weekdays.
