No Smoking – Not inside the suite or anywhere in the building, including the rooftop terrace.
No Pets – We love animals, but unfortunately, this is a pet-free home.
No Parties or Events – Please respect the quiet atmosphere of the building and neighbors.
Quiet Hours – 10 PM to 8 AM. Sound travels in older buildings, and we value our neighbors' peace.
Guests Only – Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment unless prior approval is given.
Check-In & Check-Out – Check-in after 3 PM; check-out by 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.
Respect Shared Spaces – If accessing common areas like the rooftop terrace, please leave them clean and tidy.
No Strong Scents – Please refrain from using incense or strong colognes indoors.
Shoes Off Preferred – We’d appreciate it if you leave shoes by the entrance to help us keep the space clean.
