Welcome to my actual home in Fitzroy!
The accomodation is a townhouse spread across 3 floors.
The top floor has a nicely equiped open kitchen you can actually cook in, dining area, comfortable lounge space, and a terrace overlooking Fitzroy to the North and East. Lots of natural light and greenery to make this a great place to hang out for a morning coffee or to cook dinner with mates. A Sonos sound system, 55" OLED Smart TV, and Hue lighting round out the offering.
The middle floor has the bedroom, wardrobe, bathroom, and the study.
- The bed is large and comfortable, with a king size Sleeping Duck Mach II mattress.
- The study is equiped with an adjustable standing desk and large 32" monitor with powered USB-C connectivity. Just plug in and go!
- The wardrobe off the bedroom is large and open, so unpack and make yourself comfortable!
- The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, bidet spray at the toilet, and towels and toiletries are provided.
The ground floor is the entrance, with a number coded smart lock for easy entry and plenty of space to hang your jacket and store your luggage.
The neighbourhood can't be beat. The Fitzroy Mills Market and Fitzroy Artist Market both take place across the street on Saturdays and Sundays. Walk one block to Brunswick street for great food, drinks, and entertainment.
The 11 and 96 trams are both a short walk away for easy access to the city. A reserved car park in the covered garage is also available for $10/day.
Regarding security cameras: There are no cameras inside the home. There is a ******** Nest Doorbell outside at the entrance, which will show you who's at the door on the Hub in the kitchen when the doorbell is rung.

This is a town house with insulated but shared walls. Feel free to have friends over and to listen to music, but please respect the neighbours and avoid excessive noise. There are great venues nearby if you want to crank it up!
