HOA & Community Guidelines • This unit is available for parties of a maximum of 4 people for overnight stays. • Quiet hours are 9pm-9am however "Quiet Enjoyment" should be practiced during your stay. • No Smoking at any time on the property. • No Pets allowed by Short Term Renters. • Do not hang or put anything over the walls or gate in the back patio area. • Keep all doors, sliders, and gates locked anytime you leave the unit as well as turn off all lights. House Rules • We love the beach but prefer the sand stay outside. Please use the brush to clean off any sand from your body before re-entering the condo. Leave all dirty/sandy items on the patio. No footwear worn on the beach should come inside the unit. • There is tar on the Carpinteria Beaches and Bluffs, please always check your shoes before entering the unit. Cost of cleaning, fixing, or replacing any damaged property will be taken out of your ********. Not wearing shoes in the unit is preferable. • We have sensitive plumbing. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Not even “flushable” items. Kindly discard all products in the trash bin. • We do not have a garbage disposal. Please keep the drain cover always on. No food debris, cooking oils, grease/fats, coffee grounds or solids in the sink. • Keep the kitchen counter tops cleaned. Do not let coffee, wine or any other substance sit on the counter that could leave a stain. • No burning flames allowed in unit or patio (ex: Candles, Fire Pit, etc...) • Use the provided coasters throughout the unit when setting down cups on furniture and counters. • Please help keep our bedding and rugs clean by not eating in bed and keeping food in the kitchen. • Ensure to log out of any personal streaming service accounts prior to check out. We are not responsible for any purchases that could be made on your streaming accounts. • Do not leave behind any belongings. Anything you do not want please take with you or discard in the garbage prior to leaving.
