This beautiful, centrally located house offers easy access to town & beach. It is on the Parera Peninsula between Downtown (3 min) and the Saliña Commercial and Entertainment District (3 min). It's in a tranquil residential garden neighborhood, only 5 minutes from Queer-friendly Mambo Beach & Boulevard. The house has a large driveway and a cool porch overlooking the front garden, lined with Bougainvillea flowers. Utilities included except electricity (220V) for ACs and electric cooking, Pay-as-you-go (metre in the house).
For a really good price you are renting a complete spacious 3 bedroom house surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowering bush for your use only.
A cool, cozy porch, accessible from the large living room, gives you a nice view of the garden, which has a snug sun/barbecue patch.
Guests have one to two private parking spaces on the gated driveway.
Parera is a calm peninsula sticking into the Curacao Harbor Lagoon, and still really close to downtown, the Saliña Commercial and Entertainment quarter, highways, malls, and beaches. Not for people seeking complete silence but with all the feel of a green tropical environment Curacao style. A place where the sounds of the garden mix with occasional suburban sounds and voices, akin to Caribbean culture. There is a Sports bar, Snack bar, Restaurant, Convenience store, Beverage Store, Copy center and a Gas Station at walking distance. And then there is always the rush of the ever-present Tradewinds coming in over the lagoon.

The hosts provide a once-a-week laundry service, where you can leave your laundry in a basket before 9 in the morning, and your laundry will be ready at 6 in the afternoon or earlier. The designation of the weekly laundry day can be agreed upon at arrival.
Strictly no smoking in the house. Smoking is only allowed on the porch, BBQ patch, drive-way, and in the garden.
