For a really good price you are renting a complete 2 bedroom house surrounded by a beautiful full grown garden with high trees for your use only.
The shaded garden full of birds and butterflies is one of the main assets of the house, giving an extra dimension to the name 'Rainbow Den'.
A cozy porch, accessible from the living room gives you a magnificent view of the garden with a snug sun/barbecue deck just in front of it.
You are in the deep tropics, but still all spaces, except the kitchen have netting in all windows and important doorways, protecting guests from occasional mosquito's (less common in Curacao, because of the generally dry and windy climate.
Guests have at least one private parking lot on the gated driveway with the option of parking an extra car in front of the first.
Matancia is the perfect mix of a tropical suburban area close enough to highways malls and beaches. Not for people seeking complete silence but with all the feel of a green suburban oasis Curacao style. A place where the soft sounds of the garden, mix with occasional distant suburban sounds and voices, akin to Caribbean culture. And then there is always the rush of the ever present Tradewinds playing with the leaves of the Wayaka and Palm trees.
