The space: This apartment is perfect if you love modern design, space, light, having a great view, being able to enjoy the sun outside and want to be close to the action without to stay in a boring hotel or dark apartment.

Situated at level 5 (and 6) of a building just behind Sky City and next to Queen Street. Level 1 features a massive open space with an open modern kitchen with all you need including oven, electric stove, micro wave, dish washer. There is a big corner lounge, a very comfortable corner sofa, a dining table for 4 and best of all a terrace where you can enjoy the full view on the sky tower. There is a also spare bathroom, a toilet, washer and a dryer. Level two comes with a super cool master bedroom featuring a super King size bed with memory foam mattress, floor to ceiling glasses, an incredible view of Sky City and the harbour, the main bathroom, an other toilet and a wardrobe.

Note - the place is not suitable for young children - there is a pretty steep open stairs in the middle of the lounge.

The sofa is comfortable and can accomodate a third guest sleeping on it (not using the sofa bed function that was damaged by previous guests). It is wide enough for one adult. There is also one chaise (in red on the photo) that unfolds into a single bed. The bathroom downstairs is available for the guest sleeping on the sofa and the chaise, while the upstairs bathroom is for the ensuite guests.

The flat comes with a 55 flat inches smart TV by Sony, free wireless broadband and an apple airplay so you can watch your movies or play music from your iPad or laptop! You will find all you need to cook at home.

The building as a secured entrance, two lifts. There is a smalll supermarkets just downstairs and a two big ones 10 mins walk. There is a big public car park available down the road.

You will find the most modern and rated bars, restaurants within 5 to 10 min walk, and sky city casino is across the road. You are 2 mins away from Federal Street, the theatres, Queen Street, 5 mins from Victoria Market and Victoria Park, and just behind the most famous gym in the world in you fancy a workout, the Auckland City Les Mills World Of Fitness. The gym is literally across the road.

The rental is usually $179/night. I am offering a discounted price in the interim of selling the property. The calendar is open usually 2-3 months ahead and is up-to-date.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY OR GATHERING. There is a sound monitoring alarm installed (just monitoring the sound levels, not listening or recording the sound, just like smoke alarms).
